Since 2011, more than 1,200 families from Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Germany have joined a 21-5 owners' association, making 21-5 the world's leading concept for families sharing private holiday homes.
We now offer 21-5 to families from most countries in the world.
In the past, 21-5 was only offered to families in the above countries, but many requests from families outside Scandinavia and Germany have prompted us to take the plunge.
The 21-5 concept is simple. 21 families own and share 5 unique holiday homes.
We locate, negotiate and purchase the homes, renovate and refurbish them, furnish and decorate them and get them up and running. Once the homes are up and running, 21-5 takes care of everything related to the operation and maintenance of the homes.
All our 21-5 families have to do is relax and enjoy their holiday in beautiful surroundings, we take care of all the hassle and boring stuff.
21-5 is based in Denmark, north of Copenhagen, where we established our first association in 2012. Today we have established more than 60 associations in Scandinavia and Germany, all with properties mainly in Southern Europe - Italy, France and Spain.
