Imagine owning 5 unique vacation homes

Everything taken care of. No stress, pure relaxation. 21 families sharing 5 vacation homes.

Dreams fulfilled. Life elevated

Why just own one ordinary vacation property when you, for the same amount of money, can co-own five amazing vacation homes?

Imagine co-owning a beautiful home in Hawaii, a townhouse in Whistler, a single family house in the Okanagan Valley wine country, a lovely house with pool in Palm Springs, a stylish condo in New York City or a village retreat in Tofino. Top notch vacation homes at your disposal twelve weeks or more every year.

And best of all - everything is taken care of.  We purchase, renovate, furnish, maintain and manage your homes. All you have to do is arrive, kick back and enjoy your amazing vacation homes.

This is the essence of the 21-5 concept, and a reality for the more than 600 families who are currently in our owner associations.

Each owner association has 21 families who co-own five beautiful vacation homes at five fantastic locations in Canada and the US. Each of the five vacation properties are worth around four times more than the investment per family.

It makes sense to share - especially vacation homes you only use for a limited time every year.

Since 2011 more than 700 families have joined a 21-5 owner association and invested over $300,000,000 in their 21-5 vacation homes

Our families refer 21-5 to others

21-5 works to fulfill dreams for our families. Everyday, we do everything we can to ensure our owners' participation in 21-5 increase their quality of life. That is our most important goal. Therefore, we annually conduct a comprehensive customer satisfaction survey including all of our inaugurated associations, to make sure that we are developing our services along the right path.

The most important criteria measuring our customer's satisfaction rate joining 21-5 is whether they will be likely to recommend 21-5 to others. In 2019, 97.2% replied that they would be "likely" or "very likely" to recommend us to others. We are deeply humbled by the very positive response.

The Hawaiian Islands are arguably as close to paradise on Earth as you can get. Soft sandy beaches, turquoise waters, giant sea turtles, dolphins and whales, colourful flowers and palm trees with a backdrop of stunning mountains. And just to frame it all in, a perfect climate with 23-28 degrees (73-83 F) all year round and a gentle breeze, should you need to cool down. Equally important is the local aloha spirit that truly appreciates the wonder of these islands. On top of that, the infrastructure, safety and amenities offered by a US state.
